Now I am working at the Admin and Finance group and dealing with financial affairs. I am responsible for the management of the movement of money, the cash flow. It includes the expectation of the money movement for the month, the confirmation of customers, the amount of money, and the kinds of money to banks. I can see how the company spends its funds through my job. It is busy, but enormously challenging.

What I feel about the company is that the company itself is very vigorous. I can feel the energy from the whole company. There is liveliness in the company, so I can enjoy working.

I participated in one-month training program in Argentina. The experience I had there was amazing. About 60 members from the Tenaris group companies gathered and lived under the same roof. They were all friendly. I was strongly impressed by the warm interaction which I would never have in Japan. I could really feel the international character of this company.

I've come to love Argentina very much. Buenos Aires is a beautiful city with European style buildings. It is like a beautiful sculpture. I wish to work in Argentina some day.

I like to dance salsa. Ever since one of my senior staff suggested me to try dancing, I've been a big fan of salsa. (laugh) I go to a salsa bar in Roppongi to dance almost every week. I really love salsa.
